I'm still fuming about the drive-thru debacle this morning. I ordered my coffee with a straightforward large black coffee and the barista somehow managed to get my entire order wrong. When I pulled up to get my drink, they handed me a caramel macchiato with skim milk, completely ruining my entire morning vibe just when I needed it. Unbelievable.
