I'm still fuming about the coffee shop's automated ordering app. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes, only to discover they're still having tech issues - the kiosk wouldn't take my card. Some genius designed it so you can only access it online if your phone is connected to the WiFi they don't provide, so I got to enjoy the beautiful 'connection timed out' message instead.
