I'm still fuming about the ATM fee that just got charged to my account from a foreign transaction in Japan. Who designed these systems to charge extra fees for exchanging rates on international transactions and then add a flat rate of five hundred rupees, making it a total nightmare. Can't it just be simple once in a while.
