I'm still fuming about that stupid automated voice on the customer service menu. Please state your reference number and order details. Like I'm not going to know what I'm calling for. It's a 5-minute wait just to get someone human, now I'm late and stressed for no reason. Can't anyone just make a simple call without treating me like a foreigner? I swear, technology thinks it's above us sometimes.
