I'm standing in this line for coffee and they're just not communicating the wait time at all. Like, is it 5 minutes or an hour, just tell me already. Now we've been waiting for 10 minutes and this sign still says 'estimated wait time 10 minutes'. Who makes an estimate for an exact number like that?
