I'm at the office and our copier's jammed for the fifth time this week, no one here knows the password to reset it, so I just gave up and started printing to a personal printer only to have it eat my $20 worth of ink, on a project due today of all days. Unbelievable incompetence. Why can't we just get something that works here?
