I went to order a coffee this morning and they got the drink wrong. Not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience but seriously, can't a simple barista remember a Venti half-caf, half-decaf iced coffee without writing it down. Now the drink's in the trash and I've wasted 10 precious waking minutes.
