I went to grab some lunch and it took the cashier 5 minutes to scan my 5 items. Not the worst part, it's the fact my sandwich has now gotten soggy from the 7 minutes I stood there idly watching her stare at the touchscreen, unsure of what to do. The silence from my hunger and her awkwardness is pretty deafening.
