I was trying to pay my electricity bill online and I kept getting booted off the page for unknown reasons. Every single time, the Error 927660 message popped up. I swear, their website must be haunted by some kind of bureaucratic spirit determined to drive users mad. I've entered the password three different times and still can't get past the login screen.
