I was trying to order my lunch from this café and the lady at the counter just can't seem to get my name right despite me clearly saying Emily no less than ten times.

Still can't manage to get the simplest thing wrong after multiple attempts and a printed name card right in front of her face. It's not about the name, it's about showing even the barest minimum of effort.
