I was just checking my online bill and it's always like this, but today it really got to me - the fine print, I mean. They buried a delivery fee for a package I've already paid in full. It adds like 15 bucks to my bill. Like, how many times do people not review those tiny details? Now my afternoon coffee is going to be a latte more bitter.
