I walked into that coffee shop expecting my go-to order. Barista looks right at me, asks for a name, and I'm like, okay, just my usual, right? Nope, they start asking how to spell it and act like we're in an elementary school literacy class. Newsflash: you've worked here for years, can't you remember one customer's name?
