I swear, walking to my car in this pouring rain and having the parking attendant hand me an empty water bottle with a sad smile, acting like it was this massive effort to bring it to me, and of course expecting a 'thank you'. Who made up this bizarre etiquette? I'm already running late, I'm already soaked to my core, I just want to get home.
