I just went to grab a coffee from the new place on the corner and they still haven't gotten the order right. I explicitly asked for no foam, medium roast, and room for cream. What does the barista do? Pours extra foam on top, gives me whole milk instead, and thinks the extra-large cup with a ton of ice is okay? I've lost all faith in their ability to follow basic drink specs.
