Rant

I just wasted 20 minutes on the phone with my bank, trying to resolve some weird charges on my statement. First guy put me on hold for 10 minutes, I had to repeat my info about 5 times, and then he says it's not possible to remove the charge. Okay, so I'm on hold again, waiting to talk to someone else, and this new person is all confused about my account. Unbelievable.
