I just tried to pay the parking fine online, but did they have to send me a reminder with the wrong fine amount listed? I had to search through emails to find the real one, and still the system wouldn't let me pay without verifying my address. Can't they see I'm trying to settle this already? Now my whole afternoon's delayed over a stupid typo - just give me the correct info so I can move on.
