I just tried to order a simple coffee at Starbucks, not exactly rocket science, and somehow the barista got my name wrong along with the whole order. Then, to top it off, I watched her awkwardly stand there wondering why I was staring at her name tag, like I was questioning her existence or something ridiculous like that.
