I just stepped away from the office copier for two seconds and now it's jamming its way through my morning. I asked the IT guy to fix it a month ago and now it's 'available in a week' because I apparently wasn't 'aware of the queue'. Can't we just have a functional copier that doesn't break when I'm already 17 minutes behind schedule because of meetings?
