I just spent my entire lunch break waiting for a coffee order number at 996430, only to be informed there's a glitch and it wasn't even registered. Now I have a whole hour and forty-three minutes left to kill here at the café before I can even attempt to order. Why do companies think this kind of thing won't affect us? People aren't exactly swimming in free time to waste.
