I just got stuck buying a coffee from that new place that still uses square plastic sleeves instead of paper ones - like what's the difference between throwing away a piece of paper and a tiny bit more plastic - and as I'm asking if they have lids, the guy behind the counter tells me they charge extra for them. Extra. Like that's not a thing to nickel and dime.
