I just got a parking ticket at a meter that said it wasn't accepting credit cards. But then, 30 seconds later, the meter next to it takes a chip. Are we even trying here. Is this just some form of punishment devised by city officials to squeeze every last cent from unsuspecting drivers. Can't even park a car without getting nickel-and-dimed.
