I just asked the barista for a large iced coffee and got it with 2 sugars not 3 I was like 'it's just one sugar short, really?', and she just shrugs and gives me a reheated 'is there anything else I can get you?' Now my coffee's lukewarm and my annoyance's through the roof because really, who messes up a coffee order that much?
