I get up to get some coffee and as I'm walking out the door, I notice they've changed my coffee place from a small, independent shop to a corporate giant right next to it. Now every time I walk out, it's this loud, overpriced clone trying to suck me into their cookie-cutter routine. It's just another way for the city to lose its character, slowly disappearing bit by annoying bit.
