Driving to coffee, saw the street sweeper blocking a perfect lane. The driver's distractedly scrolling through their phone and oblivious to the stopped traffic backing up behind them. I'm late, caffeine dependency is kicking in but my annoyance at this driver's negligence lingers – a minor delay that amplifies irritability. Typical, no big deal probably, but I'm already frazzled.
