Driving back from that meeting at 9:45 am yesterday, the traffic light at 45th Street hung for an extra two seconds before turning green. It wasn't just annoying, it was infuriating because we're talking milliseconds we're talking the difference between catching that red light by a hair. What's wrong with upgrading these lights already? Is it really that hard?
