Coffee's supposed to be piping hot, you know that one thing that ruins the whole morning experience - walking into the café and realizing they got my order not once but twice - my large iced latte and their employee thinks it's the same drink no matter the temperature. Now I'm stuck sipping on this lukewarm disaster, totally not what I needed.
