Coffee's lukewarm in my cup, thanks to a barista still learning the espresso machine that just spit out a stream of water. Now I'm the one waiting in line again after they offer to remake it while I stand awkwardly off to the side, sipping at the half-liquided brew. Seriously can one new hire figure this out already?!
