Coffee shops need to train baristas again.
I just witnessed a girl ask for a small iced mocha and the poor barista had the nerve to ask if she means to add a splash of coffee or regular mocha flavor - like how could someone get those two things confused.
And then I watched as the girl explained, completely deadpan, that she doesn't drink coffee, just chocolate.
