Coffee shop orders never fail to annoy me. This morning I ordered a latte at my usual spot, specifically asked for no foam, only to receive a gigantic glop on top of what was otherwise perfect. I pointed it out, expecting an apologetic tone, but the barista just shrugged and said something about a new machine.
