Coffee shop line just made a 90-second spectacle out of waiting for my debit card to register. Lady in front of me insisted I should have put my finger on the reader, not just tapped. Like the card reader is going to magically start working because I'm physically attached to it. Newsflash, lady: it's not that complicated.
