Coffee shop chaos this morning - tried to order just a simple cappuccino. The barista, clearly frazzled, misheard my request and handed me a large coffee instead. No 'would you like...?', no smile, just a hurried shrug. Then had to wait five extra minutes for them to make it right. Felt like just another inconvenience on my way to starting the day.
