Coffee in my cup is lukewarm. Ordered it 20 minutes ago and they managed to get the timing wrong twice. Apparently they can't prioritize one customer's beverage over a rush of new orders. Barista was friendly as ever, oblivious to my dissatisfaction, which makes it even more frustrating. Just another minor catastrophe in a long line of them today. Now I'm just drinking subpar coffee to get going.
