563781. Just got off the phone from our ISP's 'customer' service.
They asked me to confirm some random string of numbers supposedly linked to my account. I do, and then they have the nerve to tell me it was the wrong number.
I mean, it's either correct or it isn't, it's not a matter of 'I hope I typed it right'. Their system must not be able to store data properly.
