Just got my morning coffee from that new shop down the block - I mean, the beans are sourced locally, I'll give them that. The issue was, I asked for exactly 14 minutes of brewing time to get the perfect cold brew and of course they had to go and make it with the default 12-minute time. Now it's an odd-tasting mess. Seriously, 3 minutes make a huge difference.
